How do I book a bouncy castle?
Use our online booking system to select your preferred castle, date, and optional extras like generators. Choose pay-on-delivery or card payment during checkout.
What safety measures are in place?
All inflatables have safety nets and require adult supervision. We provide free safety briefings and risk assessments with every hire.
Can castles be kept overnight?
Yes, we offer discounted overnight hires. Additional charges apply depending on castle size, with collection between 7-12am the next day.
Do you supply generators?
We offer generator hire specifically for inflatables. Prices vary by power requirements, and generators cannot be rented separately from inflatables.
What happens in bad weather?
Inflatables must be turned off during rain or high winds. We recommend purchasing our weather protection plan for cancellations due to extreme conditions.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular models require 2-3 weeks' notice during summer. Last-minute bookings are accepted when available, with same-day delivery possible in emergencies.

Derek and his team were great. And couldnt fault them. Answered every query promptly. Arrived in plenty of time to set up. We hired the rodeo bull for our son's 18th party and it was a great addition to the party. Everyone loved it and brought lots of laughter. Would highly recommend. Well priced, great communication, reliable, friendly service. Will definitely use again for future events. Go for it..book it! You know you want to :)

Absolutely superb! Easy booking system, showed me availability then great communication throughout the process. Always a bit worrying booking things like this as if they dont turn up it ruins the party but they answered every text and email super quick and put my mind at ease. They guys were also really nice with all the kids and arrived super early to set up so we had plenty of time. Cant recommend highly enough will be using for all future parties!

Very helpful and flexible company as we wanted an assault course inflatable for an evening tweens/teen party. Most places wanted to charge for 2 days but Derek had a reasonable overnight fee. The assault course was excellent - fitted well into our garden and was a huge success. Many thanks.

We had 2 inflatables for my sons party. The team couldnt have been more helpful in the booking process or setting up on the day. I was given a list of options and was able to select what worked best for us. I would 100% use them again and recommend to anyone. Thanks again guys!! X

Cannot highly recommend Derek & staff enough, from the initial enquiry to hire the rodeo bull for my sons 16th right the way through to the booking, day of the booking and day after, customer service is amazing and you will not be disappointed. Cannot wait to use this company again as it was such an amazing party and you cannot go wrong when the staff take so much pride in what they do
