Usually very good but Sunday was a shambles. Seemed to be short staffed and no-one coordinating customers and staff properly. Ended up waiting in a queue for 45 minutes as no room to turn to leave or I would have.

Not sure people have moved out. Been a regular customer but wont recommend any more. Mini vallet is 18, and today I was quoted 20, mentioning boot was bit dirt. Lol it was just out of service and just needs a vacuum. Poor service.

Ruined my front bumper, unfortunately I only noticed it on a gas station over a hundred miles away on my way to Europe and didnt have time to go back.
UPDATE: Went to a paint shop, they immediately assumed this was a result of high pressure manual washing, that can easily shear varnish like that when done improperly.
