Katie is our specialist Cranial osteopath. Katie was introduced to osteopathy as a teenager, after suffering with headaches. After a few treatments, which turned into an introduction of how osteopathy approaches the body as a whole, she applied for the osteopathic program at RMIT University, Melbourne.
Frozen Shoulder

Frozen shoulder is often used to describe any pain and restriction of movement of the shoulder and more accurately describes the less common condition of adhesive capsulitis. Your osteopath will take a full history and examine the shoulder to determine the cause of injury and the tissue causing symptoms.

Your osteopath will be able to carefully evaluate how your nervous system and circulatory system is working using their clinical diagnostic skills, so that they can identify if you need to see your doctor or other health care specialist, or if your symptoms may be treated with osteopathy.
