I bought my Peugeot 208 from these guys in September. I’m delighted with it. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jack was professional, honest, went over and above at every stage and to be frank is just a really decent guy! I bought an Audi from them for 17K in 2016. They did not mention any admin fee until I arrived and paid for the car. At the very end before handing me the key he was like btw there is an admin fee of a 100. He had a sign on the wall behind him to confirm the admin free but this was obscured from my view. I had travelled 2.5hrs to collect the car, I had no choice but to pay it. I think it's dishonest and misleading to withhold such information and demand the pay on the day. Your apology is not worth a 100, so dont even bother justifying it.
