These people are the absolute pits. I can only guess that positive reviews are friends. Below is an extract I have been forced to send as they took my money and did not provide goods. I copied in RCIS and several newspapers. Hello Abode,
despite my previous request for a refund of 300 which you have taken by deception, the lack of reponse is at best unprofessional. I have proof I left you a further message requesting copy of your complaints process and again you have not replied. If I do not receive refund, I will take it further as fraud. Press
