We had some indecisive moments during our process and Zakia not only took them in her stride (with great tolerance!) but also supported and provided professional advice throughout. Zakia is excellent in her role and highly proficient, but also but she responds quickly and without jargon. The 5 stars are well earned!

Zakia has been so amazing and I can't recommend her highly enough as words won't justify her quality of work. She has gone above my expectations and landed the most suitable mortgage deal. She's always responsive even during the night and she puts all her efforts to get you what you require.
