I popped by with the hope of finding a solution to my worn recarro seat. Unfortunately I was put off by a rude staff member who completely blanked me as I warmly said hello to him. Waited around for a while whilst other staff members walked past me with no acknowledgment whatsoever. Must have caught them on a bad day as there are many good reviews and I've no doubt their work is very good, but I was put off and I'll take my business elsewhere. Shame.
