Shame on P J Livesey. Trying to wriggle out of your responsibilities to the leaseholders at Read Mill in Norwich. The cladding failed the inspection and you need to replace it. The building is 14m high at the base of the slab at the top. Meanwhile the leaseholders are paying 100 a month extra in their insurance and can't sell their properties. It was alright when we built it won't wash. Maybe you can try that tactic with Mr Gove as well.
