Went to the Banbury store today and loved the experience of shopping there. As mother of the bride I wanted something special and certainly found my whole outfit. Lovely lady called Wendy was very attentive and made me feel very special. Thank you flair designer wear.

I love my new dress purchased yesterday from Flair. I would never have put a belt around it but I’m in love with it. I found a lovely scarf today in Stratford to match the dress. I wasn't aware until I left and my daughter informed me that the staff including management were rolling eyes at me behind my back. so glad I didn't buy my MOTB outfit from there. of course I'm going to take my time to find the right outfit and not just buy any old thing you throw at me... customer service needs reviewing.

We had a fantastic time prom dress shopping. Lovely staff and very relaxed atmosphere. My daughter was able to try every dress on that she wanted. The dress she ended up with is absolutely stunning and needed slight alterations. Fantastic service and highly recommend. Thank you 😊
