A company that says one thing, quotes something different and then does a poor job in the installation. If it were possible to give a lower score I would. If you are determined to use this company insist on Darrin doing the work - he seems like the only one here that cares about the quality of work done and is willing to admit when work has been done to a poor standard and needs replacing. Please do not trust what is said in your initial meetings- check your paperwork meticulously for what they have actually quoted to do - not what they said they would do. Then have someone else check their work
