Placed a box pelmet order. Isobella initially managed the booking. Was very helpful and friendly. Dan came to measure within two days. A week later it was fitted. Dan was knowledgable, professional, friendly and efficient. Very pleased and will use them again. Highly recommend.

With Covid having so many businesses in lockdown and tough times for all Hill Upholstery really came through in true British spirit for Headway Essex. On approaching Hill Upholstery, all I knew was that we needed to replace 20 fabric covered chairs with something more hygienic and if possible in our corporate colours, so when it is safe to do, we can welcome back our clients to our day centre in Colchester and continue to provide support for adults living with acquired brain injury.
Scott suggested a micro ban wipeable covering, he even checked our website to match the colours and sent out samples

I Couldnt recommend this friendly company enough,years Ive been trying to find a reputable company to re-upholster a chair for me with no luck,then I come across Dan @ Hill upholstery,every bit of confidence was given by Dan that it wouldnt be a problem.

I contacted this company with a view to organising a window seat cushion. I specifically asked if it was something they could help with and was advised it was. I was asked to supply details of my requirements of which I did including photos initially by email. After a few days I chased this up and was told that the photo attachments could not be opened and was advised of this via email but I never received this email! was asked to forward by WhatsApp of which I obliged. Was told I would get a price within a couple of days but nothing arrived. Again I chased 5 days later and was advised by Izzy
