Very disappointed. My first buyers fell through. Franklins did very little unless I specifically asked them to. I constantly had to keep them informed of what was going on in the chain, when I thought it should be the other way round. Thankfully my estate agents found another buyer quickly and tirelessly pushed it through,but it really felt like my solicitor couldn't be bothered. She went on holiday at the busiest time, two weeks before we were due to complete. She seems to let her team do all the work, who were very sweet but didn't really know what was going on.
