Since 2012 our family has run Beachside, a serviced guest house in Eastbourne consisting of five modern holiday apartments. All apartments are completely self-contained with ensuite facilities and have fully equipped kitchens and modern living areas. On the first floor and at the front of the building, this holiday apartment within our Eastbourne guest house offers amazing views of the sea and the East Sussex coastline. The kitchen-diner has a balcony where you can have breakfast overlooking the beach and the elegant double bedded sitting room, with its high ceiling and large stained-glass bay windows, is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

On the second floor and at the rear of the building, Apartment 4 is one of our Eastbourne Holiday Lets that has far-reaching views across the roof tops of Eastbourne towards the South Downs National Park. With a large kitchen-diner, an en-suite with walk-in shower and a double bedded sitting room, (with a sofa-bed if required), guests have the perfect base to explore all that Eastbourne and the surrounding area has to offer.

Follow the signs to Eastbourne seafront and turn right at the roundabout by the Sovereign Leisure Centre. After driving for approximately 1/2 a mile along the seafront, look out for the Redoubt Fortress and then the Pavilion Gardens and you will see our holiday rentals in Eastbourne on the right hand side.
