Appalling service. Quoted me a price July 3rd and left, telephoned them 6 times over the following 8 weeks leaving answer phone messages asking for call back and order confirmation that were never replied to. Finally got hold of someone Sept 3rd who didn't have the time to look for a jobsheet for my order but did have time to go out measuring up another job. Was told I'd receive a call that which of course didn't happen. Job now cancelled via their answerphone let's hope they get that message. ** Update ** Called Garador, out in 2 days, measured up, colour of door chosen and door fitted 3 days

I have just spoken to Tom and explained the problem with the garage door. I can honestly say that he was absolutely lovely and really helpful. I have used A1 before and have only had good experiences. Thank you for being so understanding about our circumstances

I had a electric roller door fitted, on time, for a good price. The guys done a quick, quality job. I have since come back with a few issues and they have been delt with very well. The issues were due to the door not working, because I fitted the wrong battries, not to do with any faults.
