Unexpected Survey Charge
It was suggested to us in-store mid-Feb that we should have a home visit as the best way to progress. My wife left messages to arrange this and eventually was called back to arrange it. Despite being 30 mins late we were initially impressed until we were asked for 45. There was no mention of this in any 'phone call, in person when we were in-store, no signs in store and there is nothing on-line to inform customers of this charge. My wife 'phoned to discuss and Nigel was rude and dismissive on the call, saying he had told us this in-store (we only spoke with a female

Wood burning stove installed perfectly, despite a bit of a difficult chimney. Work carried out by the company staff themselves, with no subcontractors. Would recommend them to anyone.
