I can say I had not a good start with this agency the first time I went for a job because I have my ideas clear and I was looking for a specific position and they tried to sell me another one that they needed to cover so I didn't get there what I was looking for. But I can say that after a while I went back to look for a job and Tracey was really nice and gave me a nice job and since then they have been always very nice and professional , understanding when I took othe jobs in somewhere else and welcoming me back when I needed them.

So far not a good experience due to multiples lies and rude staff, although might have been simple misunderstanding. Had a fair bit of my time wasted up to this point. However if my experience changes I will update this review.

Although they struggle with giving updates about changes, they are a very friendly and supportive team that got me straight into work the first time. they have pretty flexible shifts from what I've seen but I do feel like keeping employees updated would benefit them greatly.
