I found Mark online and after reading his excellent reviews I emailed him about a boiler service and installation of a Google learning thermostat. He got back to me within the hour and gave me a few dates the following week. On the day he called me to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he explained that he couldnt install the thermostat because I hadnt bought the stand but completed the health check whilst I went and bought the stand, he then installed it, explains all the time what he was doing and asking where we wanted the heat link attaching to the wall.
