Mercerprint have been fantastic with us. A wedding was due in 2 days and Order of Service did not appear from other company so we needed these urgently. They took us in and whilst waiting sorted the documents to print (we had all the artwork) and got us a draft print to check there and then. We then ordered a few to be printed which were done within half hour. We never felt even once that we were imposing upon them. They were relaxed, courteous and very friendly throughout. I tried to give them little extra for their speedy help but they returned some money and actually charged slightly less!!
