Here at Bennett-Williams Vets, we're very proud to have so many enthusiastic and dedicated individuals working in our friendly practice. We are all passionate about animals and their well-being, from our veterinary surgeons and patient care assistants to our essential support staff. Highly trained and caring, each of us has a role to play in making this a special practice for you to visit with your animals.

If you have an emergency during the night or at the weekend, please call our emergency number on 07989 115462. Your phone call will be answered by our vet on call. If the vet is busy with another emergency he/she will call you back as soon as they are able.

Please remember to either leave a voicemail with your name and telephone number with a short explanation of your concern or send a text with the same details to 07989 115462 if you are unable to get through.For Small Animal emergencies the vet will have a short discussion with you via telephone as to how best to proceed but usually you will meet the vet at our surgery in Gaerwen.

We are always pleased to receive your feedback and constantly aim to provide a high-quality service, so if you have any compliments or suggestions on how we can improve, we would like to hear from you. To help keep us all safe, please do not attend the practice unless you have a pre-booked appointment, or have arranged to collect food/medication.

Selina qualified in 2009 and has mostly worked in first opinion practices. She recently finished working as an out of hours nurse. She enjoyed working with emergencies and nursing critical care patients but is looking forward to first opinion nursing again and the variety that it has to offer. Selina gained a Blue Cross certificate in Pet Loss for supporting clients who are struggling with losing their pet.

Amy has worked in the veterinary field since she was 18. She began her career in veterinary nursing, gaining experience in all areas of a vet practice and has been our practice manager since 2010. She passionately believes in our mission to provide the highest quality of patient care in a compassionate environment, delivering exceptional client service.
