Trainee window fitter, Royal Marines for 5 years, Fire Man in the West Midlands Fire service for 10 years, spent a couple of years as a HGV Lorry Driver. I started the company as I like construction in general and I love to be able to really transform people's homes, I now enjoy the challenge of growing the business, providing jobs for my staff and developing people and I want DW to be the best in the business!
Qualified as a registered nurse after leaving school. This then developed into setting up my own home care company, which I owned and managed for 13 years.
