One of my fillings started to fall apart so I called on a Friday to see if I could get an Appointment but there was nothing available. I called Monday at 8am to check again and was asked to call back that day at 2pm to see if the emergency appointment was still available, which it was. Had it not been I would have had to wait again

I felt the dentist was Very indecisive on whether there was an infection in the root of my tooth or not. Lack of customer service considering the cost: didnt explain process beforehand. Reception did not know their prices for hygienist and generally appears to be a lack of communication between receptionist and dentist. I felt everyone was courteous and polite but not the service I expect for a very exsepnsive treaetment.

Both clinical and front of house staff are welcoming, polite and very friendly. Despite running late myself I was made to feel relaxed and able to de-stress on my arrival.
