In 2007 my wife, Sarah and I moved out of London and bought an old run down dairy farm and set about renovating it into the rural retreat for guests the following year.

Our self-catering accommodation comprises of four excellently equipped child-friendly facilities. All our lettings prices include linen, bath and hand towels, fresh milk, cake, local jam and apple juice. Our beautiful grounds have a picnic area, a pond and plenty of places to relax and enjoy.
We know from our own experiences that traveling with kids can lead to heavy and rather bulky packing which would be great to avoid, so check out our Travel Lighter list of useful items available at each property.There are single and sofa beds options available during the booking procedure in the FarmHouse, DairyHall and Stables, along with any arrival meals or dog fees.

Accommodation farmhouse

Comes with an AGA, wood burner and open fire, two sitting rooms and a private garden with hot tub. While upstairs you have 4 bedrooms (one is en-suite including a shower) and there is one family bathroom including bath shower. 2 bedrooms have 2 singles in each and 2 have doubles, one is kingsize. Optional sofa bed available for a small fee.

Woodbridge offers many great places to eat and a wide variety of things to do, as well as some great independent shops. Closer to home in Bredfield, our fantastic Community shop, where Sarah helps out, offers a great range of local foods and essentials and is open from 9am to 12pm, except Sundays. There's also a football pitch and a young ones play area.

Available from mid-January to mid-December (3-night minimum stays are seasonally dependant and priced on our availability page), we exclude Summer and Half Terms for a minimum 5-7 night stay. We are available for birthday's, anniversaries to hen party celebrations sleeping a total of 25 + infants. The DairyHall comes with table and seating for up to 22+ guests in the Hall itself( which can be extended).
