Dean Wray Carpets

Established to address gaps in the carpet retail market, Dean Wray Carpets has built a reputation on delivering a comprehensive and personal service. With over 30 years of industry experience, we identified the need for additional customer-focused features such as furniture relocation, waste disposal, and home sampling services, which were previously unavailable from larger retailers. Our business grew rapidly through word-of-mouth referrals and repeat clientele, enabling us to expand our premises and product range. Today, we offer an extensive selection of over 30 carpet varieties, 20 vinyl options, and numerous roll ends in stock. All products are supplied with standard manufacturer warranties alongside our guarantee for expert installation and exceptional customer support.

Our unique home sampling service allows customers to make informed decisions in their own environment, complemented by free estimates and insurance quote assistance. Our dedicated team handles both domestic and commercial projects, ensuring all carpets are fitted by our own experienced installers. We pride ourselves on transparency, with no hidden charges or unnecessary add-ons, and maintain a commitment to environmental responsibility through proper waste disposal. Our premises in Brigg, North Lincolnshire, provide ample space for product display while maintaining the personal touch that distinguishes us from standard retailers. Continuous investment in staff training and facility improvements ensures we maintain the high standards our customers expect.
