Smart Canopies
Omega Build's Smart Canopies are freestanding or wall-mounted structures designed for durability and aesthetic appeal. Using 16mm triplewall polycarbonate, they provide UV protection, thermal insulation, and weather resistance. Ideal for patios, doorways, or vehicle shelters, these canopies feature powder-coated aluminium frames available in custom colours and include optional knee braces for added stability.
Polycarbonate Roofing Sheets
Our polycarbonate sheets include 10mm, 16mm, and 25mm twinwall options with opal, bronze, or clear finishes. Designed for conservatories, polytunnels, and flat roofs, they offer superior strength, solar control, and 10-year warranties against discolouration. Accessories like rafter bars and self-supporting glazing systems ensure seamless installation for DIY and trade customers.
Secondary Glazing Systems
SmartSlider and SmartFix secondary glazing units enhance thermal efficiency in existing windows. Made-to-measure aluminium-framed panels with 4-6mm polycarbonate reduce heat loss and noise. DIY kits include magnetic fixings and sliding mechanisms, while professional installations feature hinged or fixed designs for period properties and modern homes.
Carports & Verandahs
Custom-designed carports and verandahs use powder-coated aluminium frames with polycarbonate roofing for durability. Available in anthracite grey or RAL-matched colours, they integrate with existing architecture and include options for curved roofs, dwarf walls, and waste pipe accommodations. Projects include full installation guidance and structural calculations.
DIY Lean-to Roof Kits
Complete lean-to roof kits include polycarbonate sheets, glazing bars, and fixings for timber or metal frameworks. Available in 10mm, 16mm, and 25mm thicknesses, they provide weatherproof coverage for garden structures. White or grey snapfix bars simplify assembly, while UV-protected sheets ensure long-term clarity and strength.

Just erected a 8.4m x 3.0 anthracite veranda and it looks fantastic. It was sent on the correct date as promised, was expertly packaged so their was no damage. Every piece was the right size and fitted together. I built most of it on my own and just needed help with the polycarbonate sheets. Its really solid and looks great. Read the instructions a few times so it sinks in but if your into basic diy you should be okay. Could do with a couple more hss drills as mine broke after a couple of gos. A really reasonable price, excellent quality and you wont be disappointed. Will recommend to

Great Comms, the price even better. I was apprehensive ordering online, but Gavin and Jane soon had me sold. Looking forward to the arrival of the summer project and will post a review about the product and install in due course..

Its been a few months since we put this canopy up and we have enjoyed loads of time under it. It has come in so useful too under the current COVID regulations where we could only visit with others in the garden. We are so pleased with the clean looks of it with lighting and a heater it is just like an extra room. Because it was to be attached to the existing roof facia a lot of thought was given to the height of the front posts to make sure the roof slope was right. After that erection was plain sailing with the help of the included instructions. It is the envy of friends and neighbours, I would

3rd time using the company and still as impressed as the first time. Good attention to detail and they ask all the right questions. The lean to roof canopy system is really well thought through and along with a good set of instructions is a joy to put up. The lead time was long this time due to Covid-19 but was willing to wait as the system is really good. From ordering, delivery and design the company is very professional and would use again. Quite rare these days to get such good service and quality.
