Design
Our mechanical design team utilises 2D/3D software to create code-compliant models for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and skid modules. We integrate design and manufacturing workflows to optimise build sequencing and ensure compliance with ASME, PD5500, and EN 13445 standards. Advanced tools like Autodesk Inventor and Hexagon Caesar II enable precise stress analysis and clash detection for complex installations.
Fabrication
We provide full-scale fabrication of carbon and stainless steel components up to 250 tonnes, using automated welding and electro-slag strip cladding. Our capabilities include rolling, pressing, and laser cutting, with adherence to ISO 15614 and ASME IX standards. Segregated workshops ensure material integrity for critical applications in nuclear and petrochemical sectors.
Machining
Our 1,132m machine shop houses CNC mills, lathes, and laser cutters for precision components. Equipment includes Corra Fox 60 Bridge Mills and Doosan DNM 6700s machines, capable of handling 25-tonne workpieces. We maintain tight tolerances for complex parts used in high-risk environments, supported by in-house quality control.
Site Work
We offer installation, welding, and testing services at client locations, including off-site fabrication support. Our team provides advisory services for process plant and machinery installations, ensuring compliance with site-specific requirements. This includes functional testing and adherence to international codes for field-assembled equipment.
Inspection
Our NDT-certified team conducts radiography, ultrasonic testing, and hydrostatic testing in a dedicated X-ray bay. We provide full documentation for compliance with PED, ASME, and ISO standards. Services include material identification, weld inspection, and FAT testing to ensure equipment meets operational demands in hazardous environments.
