At our setting, we pride ourselves on providing our children with the most nutritious meals for their healthy development. We change our menus on a weekly basis and all our food is freshly cooked every day on the nursery premises in Wimbledon SW19 by our Head of Catering.

We pride ourselves on excellent childcare at an affordable price giving our parents peace of mind whilst they get on with their busy lives. We are easily accessible being located just a two minute walk from Wimbledon train, tube, bus and tram stations making it easier for our busy parents to drop their children off whilst on their way to work.

We follow the Early Years foundation stage framework which is the recognised curriculum for children aged 0-5 years. Our Children learn by playing and exploring, being active, and through creative and critical thinking which takes place both indoors and outside. We encourage Transient Art and Loose Ends Play to stimulate your child's instinctive curiosity, exploration, and imaginative play.
Daily Routine

Routine and structure are essential in a child's life and we follow a daily timetable to ensure that your child's routine is consistent. We provide breakfast, lunch and early dinner in addition to unlimited daily healthy snacks and drinks. We will of course accommodate any special dietary requirements or daily routines that you follow at home so that we can support your child by adopting their usual routine.

At Butterflies, the safety of our children is paramount and it is our policy that all our staff hold a current Paediatric First Aid Certificate and staff are required to attend an annual Paediatric First Aid refresher course.
Our Medicine and Sickness policy follow the requirements of the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage and the guidelines set out in the Managing Medicines in Schools and Early Years Settings recommendations.Your child must be well enough to attend nursery so that they can enjoy and participate in all activities both indoors and outdoors.

How to register
Report
Should you wish to you enrol your child at Butterflies following your visit, we will ask you to pay a non-refundable enrolment fee of 150.00 to secure your place. This fee includes 12 hours of settling in time as well as enrolment administration charges. For all other enquiries, please use our contact form.
