Spoken to very rudely and patronising by the dentist , nurses were nice enough but dentist had no manners and clearly wanted to get off early. I would not recommend, perhaps they treat non NHS patients differently as they are paying. I'm thankful I did not have treatment here as the dentist seemed to be having a bad day and don't fancy him taken it out inside my mouth.

In a lot of pain from a broken tooth and told can't have an emergency appointment until 20th December. Disgusted as I'm a registered patient of this practice. Take the one star away I don't rate them

Was in hospital for 3 days with covid, missed my appointment due to almost dying. called them to re arrange my appointment and was advised i have been discharged and can no longer come back. as i never called to rearrange my appointment. i even offered to provide proof of my covid test and still was not interested. so now i have to suffer in pain. would not recommend, no consideration, will be posting this all over social media, disgusting service.

Review reinstated from March. Horrific ..Had an extraction.. was meant to be surgically removed..my gum was merely hacked and drilled at and so much pressure put on my jaw I had to ask him to stop for a break. In the chair for 30 mins with bits of my tooth everywhere. Nearly fainted when I stood up. Needed to return 2 days later with infected dry socket they couldn't see me as fitting implants privately all day !! The "dissolvable" stitches had to be removed by my own dentist under anaesthetic as the gum wasn't healing. Dreadful experience.

I was referred last year too Dr Mudassar I was petrified but was made feel really comfortable and couldnt feel a thing amazing customer service he is amazing cant thank him enough I was referred too him today as emergency patient from my dentist I asked my dentist too refer me back too see Dr Mudassar as he was brilliant I went back today for the other side couldnt thank him enough you are amazing Thankyou for reassuring me I really trusted you and your assistant Tayla would highly recommend a huge Thankyou

I was refered by dentist and my tooth was take out yesterday by Dr Mudassar and Hassan. It was easy as a cake, Good technics, decent xray, No panic, effective amount of anesthetic, 1-2-3 and voila!
