I felt I needed to let people know of my experience this morning when I called by unannounced. I am in the process of finding a residential care home for my elderly mother. I explained this to the lady that opened the door and she couldn't have been more helpful. I was welcomed in and she went off to get somebody to speak to me. A lady called Pauline arrived and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. She showed me around and explained a few things to me and I was extremely impressed with everything.
