I needed root canal treatment and was apprehensive as it was not clear to me which tooth was causing the problem, but Neil soon sorted that out. He took a long time to explain to me what he was going to do. During the consultation he was very gentle, dexterous, unrushed, thorough and caring. However, the amazing team at Milngavie Dental Care make your visit a relaxed experience through their empathy and professionalism. I cannot recommend this dentist enough.
Ann was amazing on the phone and made me feel at ease. I instantly felt part of a family that wanted to make sure that I was okay. I meet two dentists Rica and Jazz they make me feel so at ease. They talk you through what you want and ensure that you know what the plan is for your mouth. I was actually in pain when I first called and Ann was so helpful and caring it made me feel at ease. I really wish I came here years ago. I will not be going any where else.

I was terrified of going to the dentist, but after my first visit here I felt so much better and now actually trying to not moving out of the area so i can still continue to use this practice. I have now had a few treatments from a removal to route canals, my fear has gone by the great way you are treated and welcomed.
