All modern Lithium batteries can last about 5 years and can be recharged up to 800 times. Wait until you use at least 1 or 2 bars out of 5. Technology improves every year, it's worth it. 1. If you don't need your battery for a few months, do not keep the battery full, it will degrade faster if kept full or flat.

The red zone shows roughly how far you can commute with a 36V 17AH battery (Camino / Gran-Camino / Santana CD), the green zone with a 36V 12AH-15AH battery (Rambletta / Rambla / Santana3) and the blue zone with a 36V 8AH battery (Faro). This tool can also check for steepness of hills in the surrounding areas and recommend suitable bikes.

All models are in stock unless otherwise indicated on the web page and can sometimes be despatched on the same day but usually in 1 or 2 business days. Delivery is free within the UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands. For these and off shore addresses a small additional fee will be payable, please call to confirm cost.

Any component that is exposed to rain water is made with aluminium: frame, stem, handlebars, rims, brake levers, kickstand, cranks, seat post, rack, wide platform pedals. All the bolts are made of stainless steel, even crank bolts, the spokes are also made with stainless steel! Your bikes are assembled by our own technicians in Southend-On-Sea.
