Ordering from here for years now - Ordered tonight and it was rotten. Id eat a curry everyday of the week but that was embarrassing. Mint sauce came warm, chicken tough and chewy, bland curry and off coloured potatoes. When calling up to explain, they offer no resolution or substitutions. never again!

All my order was ruined by my curry leaked all over everything. Also paid 3.50 for two absolutely tiny frozen samosas! Absolute rip off and my order was 45 mins later. Waited an hour and half for this to arrive

The reason I have given one star is based on an accumulation of Orders that I have placed with Ealing Balti House and I have written in their Comment Box for Different things on one occasion I was just choosing the bottle of drink I wanted as part of their deal that when you spend over a certain amount you get a free bottle of drink ( Apparently ) well that bottle of drink never turned up with my Order. On roughly about 10 different occasions I have asked for just various different requests and not once have Ealing Balti House met any of my requests. So overall it leaves me feeling quite worried
