Went to dine in and it was not a good first impression. The restaurant dcor was very dark and dull like the atmosphere. Most of the food on the menu were not available. Some of the food did not taste fresh. And the service was extremely slow. I understand this restaurant is very popular with takeaways and makes most of their sales through there but literally had many customers call in and told that there long list of food orders will be ready in 15 minutes whereas our first dish took 20-25 minutes to be served. But I have to admit that other than the foods that didn't taste fresh like the dumplings

Ordered duck and pork topped rice and smoked shredded chicken. There were so many bones in the duck that once I’d taken all the bones out there was barely any duck left to eat. What was left, was dry and chewy. There was no pork, which I was made aware of but lack in communication meant I couldn’t choose anything else. The chicken was okay, quite chewy and not overly hot. All in all very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

I dont like to leave bad reviews, but weve had a really bad experience. Food is usually okay if not a bit soggy- however, this time, there was short black hair in the lemon sauce for the lemon chicken. I know these things happen sometimes but in times of Covid when you expect hygiene to especially high this was a bit concerning. I called the restaurant to ask for another sauce and refund and whilst they agreed to refund the dish in question eventually they said they could not bring another sauce. I thought this was pretty shoddy customer service and ruined the meal. We wont be using them

Enjoyed many takeaways from here but today found the part of an animals jaw with teeth attached in my egg fried rice, which naturally my vegetarian girlfriend was delighted about. I recommend you do not order from here, unless you like small animal jaw in your rice of course. Did get a refund though.

Save your money. Just dont go. All the dim sum is cheap, frozen stuff and the bamboo steamers need a good clean out! Avoid the roast duck noodle soup. The broth is just horrid. I was really hoping to enjoy my visit. The search for a good Chinese outside London continues.
