Good selection but got a very poor reception, I was the only one in the shop but was made to feel very uncomfortable and as if I was in the way .I was clean and smartly dressed so not sure why.

We found this lighting shop very well stocked and definitely competitively priced as we have been looking around for ages as my wife is very discerning. After delivery of the lights we had to contact the store as there was a missing part when delivered. Suzanne was exceptional in her reassuring communication and kept me updated on her contacting the supplier and how this would be resolved. Delightful service and highly recommended for price, quality and after-care!

Bought two pendant lights for my lounge. The service I received from Exclusive Lighting was excellent from start to finish. A fast response to my initial inquiry came with lots of great recommendations and when I needed a few extra glass balls to replace ones that were broken or missing on delivery, these were replaced quickly and happily. I would recommend.

I purchased 2 chandeliers and 5 wall lights from this company, there service was second to none. Customer service/after sales was brilliant as we had a few very minor issues which they sorted for me with no quibbles. Would 100% recommend if you are looking for any sort of lighting, give them a look first, you will most certainly not be disappointed and Cheryl is so hopeful as are all of her staff.

Exclusive Lighting is a fantastic store, after calling into numerous stores in the area looking for a discontinued range of light bulb, I chanced upon this store in Mayplace Rd East Barnhurst where the staff were only too welcome to help me in my plight. Although they did'nt have what I was looking for in the store, they set about contacting… other retailers to find out if they still had some in stock, after making several calls they found the bulb I was looking for. so I ordered 6 bulb's in case they may not be available in the future. I was so pleased with with service I recieved at this

The shop has a fantastic range on display of indoor and outdoor lights. Cheryl and her team were so extremely Delhi on hand to discuss our needs and really help you make sure you find the best possible items for you. I came in unsure what I was looking with and have left with a fitting that I literally can’t wait to put up! Thank you👌🏻x
