Julie has over twenty five years of experience in lettings and management and has owned and run Devon Rose with her husband Nick since 2007. Julie began her property career in Plymouth working for smaller independent companies before moving to London to hold senior positions in major London property firms, the last of which was running a prestigious 1,500 unit national portfolio for one of the UK's leading companies.
Julie is a fellow of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and has a Certificate in Residential Lettings Management so you'll be hard pressed to find anyone in Devon who knows more about the property industry! Dawlish is a charming seaside town with a rich history that is intertwined with tourism and the railway line. Originally occupied by fishermen and salt makers, Dawlish exploded to life in the 19th century after Isambard Kingdom Brunel designed the line that would make Dawlish the first resort in the region to be served by railway.
Torbay
