This is regarding the help I received on the Civil Case. I was in extreme distress that the case was against my own people. Whilst I was in distress I was on mediation and the mediation also didnot work due to unwillingness of the defendant to communicate and resolve the issue. Neenu from Kundert quickly understood my case and situation and looked at all the documents and helped me to re-arrange my case file for free of cost. Neenu was quite transparent and honest, she quickly confirmed that the legal, solicitor costs will be more and not worth looking at the monies involved in the case to have

Kundert & Co represented the guardian after very serious allegations had been levied against me, contact had been stopped and I had applied for my 3rd enforcement order. Whilst confirming Paula Owen and Joanne Mason were not representing me nor mum and so gave no specific legal advice, I can honestly say that throughout an 18 month period they showed themselves to be consummate professionals with the greatest level of preparedness, communication, knowledge and empathy for all concerned in such an emotional personal matter as child contact.
