Services
Traditional Japanese Acupuncture
This gentle, non-invasive therapy uses ultra-fine needles to stimulate energy flow and promote healing. It addresses chronic pain, stress, and emotional imbalances by restoring bodily harmony. Patients benefit from improved circulation, reduced inflammation, and enhanced overall well-being through tailored treatment plans.
Micro Acupuncture 48
A targeted system for vision loss, this treatment uses 48 specific points on the hands, feet, and face. It enhances retinal blood flow, aiding conditions like macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. Patients experience stabilised vision and potential improvement through intensive protocols.
Moxibustion
This technique involves burning mugwort herb near acupuncture points to warm and stimulate circulation. It alleviates chronic pain, digestive issues, and fatigue while boosting immunity. Patients report increased energy levels and reduced discomfort after sessions.
Pre-Conceptual Care
Specialised acupuncture prepares the body for conception by regulating hormones and improving reproductive health. It supports implantation, reduces stress, and enhances male and female fertility. Patients often see improved IVF success rates and smoother pregnancies.
Cupping Therapy
Glass or bamboo cups create suction to release muscle tension and detoxify tissues. It treats back pain, migraines, and respiratory issues by improving blood flow. Patients experience immediate relief from stiffness and accelerated recovery from injuries.

My day job is as an Osteopath. I started seeing Fiona 13 years ago when I had hip pains while pregnant with my daughter. To this day, if I have pain, feel imbalanced or depleted, I go and see her. She is brilliant as well as kind and lovely and really good to talk to! I cannot recommend her enough and often refer patients to her who are always as bowled over by her as I am
