Our self-catering cottages range from intimate retreats for two to spacious family homes accommodating up to fourteen guests. Each property features fully equipped kitchens, wood-burning stoves or electric heating, and private outdoor spaces with picnic areas. Located just one mile from Seahouses village, these cottages offer panoramic sea views toward the Farne Islands and Bamburgh Castle. All accommodations include modern amenities while maintaining traditional charm, with special provisions for pets and accessibility features across different properties.

Lodges

Contemporary lodges provide comfortable holiday accommodation with modern interiors and coastal vistas. Sleeping 6 guests, these properties feature fully equipped kitchens, stylish living areas, and private decks with outdoor seating. Located near essential facilities, our 4-star rated lodges combine luxury with practicality for families and couples. Each lodge maintains pet-friendly policies with durable flooring and secure garden areas for dogs, while offering easy access to Northumberland's coastal attractions.

Wigwams

Our unique glamping experience offers 8 standard and 10 en-suite wigwams with electricity and heating. Standard units sleep 5 guests with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, while en-suite versions accommodate 4 guests with private shower rooms. All wigwams include outdoor seating areas with fire pits, with pet-friendly policies allowing up to 3 dogs per unit. Located on our touring site, these structures provide an alternative to traditional camping while maintaining comfort and convenience.

Touring Site

The 4-star rated touring site accommodates caravans, motorhomes, and campervans with hardstanding pitches and grass field options. Facilities include chemical disposal points, laundry services, children's play areas, and disabled access. Our site allows pets and provides 24-hour CCTV security, with seasonal pricing ranging from 20-45 per night. The location offers easy access to Northumberland's coastal attractions while maintaining proximity to essential amenities in Seahouses village.

Storage

Secure outdoor storage facilities available year-round for caravans, motorhomes, and boats up to 7 meters. The fully fenced area with CCTV monitoring offers annual and winter storage options at 365 and 185 respectively. Customers must provide their own insurance, with 24-hour advance notice required for vehicle access. The service operates separately from holiday accommodations with dedicated access points and management procedures.

Lovely campsite, very handy for the coast or the hills of Northumberland. Pitches are tidy, level and generous. The toilet and shower facilities are first class. We have a seasonal pitch, and it was excellent value for money. Can thoroughly recommend this place.

Just got back from a couple of days here absolutely amazing place what beautiful views of the farmers fields and sea even the farne island we stayed in a ensure wigwam perfectly clean on arrival we would of love another night there was beautiful
site is amazingly clean, we will definitely be back and our dog Diego loved it also thank you very much to the lovely staff

It's been 10 years since we last stayed. In that time they have always been the campsite we have compared others too. They have updated/upgraded the whole toilet/shower block. It now both looks stunning but has plenty of room in the showers. Not only that but the hot water is near instantaneous and always hot. The area is also kept warm and clean. The drying room is a great feature to aid in drying your towels or clothes (if you get caught by a rain squall) looking forward to going back again hopefully much sooner than 10 years.

What a find, probably the best site weve ever stayed on
The toilet/showers would not be out of place in a five star hotel
Good friendly welcome and nicely tucked away roughly a mile from Seahouses, easy access to town on country lanes so very safe to walk/cycle
Easy access to the fantastic beaches and also Bamburgh only three miles away
Wanted to stay longer but site was fully booked, I can understand why

A lovely little site with well laid out pitches. Perhaps could have a little more room but maybe that's just me. The shower block was great and very clean and modern. Nice walks and Seahouses well within walking distance especially as there is a track to the high st. Would stay here again.

Stayed with tourer. Great site, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Best toilets we have encountered and well kitted out disabled/family toilet, including bath, and also outside shower. Pitches great size. Staff friendly and helpful. Dog friendly. Great location for touring area and Seahouses and beautiful unspoilt sandy beach within walking distance. We will be back.
