Due to miscommunication from our building management company, our bike was removed from our building without our knowledge. But thanks to Joe and his team, Junk Busters decided to store the bike at their own cost and we were able to get our bike back saving us hundreds of pounds. And while our building management company has been completely useless, Junk Busters were extremely helpful and friendly when dealing with an issue they have not even caused. Thank you very much!
