Pre booked a taxi tonight at 19:45 for pick up at 20:15 on the app. No taxi by 20:25 so I call them. The lady said I shouldn't have been allowed to book on the app as they were overbooked and running late. But I had booked and had a taxi confirmed. I gave her my confirmation number and she found the booking eventually. She said I can still get you one it will be 10-15 mins are you OK. I told her I had no choice so please send it. 20 mins later we called back as it hadn't arrived. At this point they said they couldn't find the booking at all and didn't have any taxis for another half an hour. Which

Used Dean taxis for 20 year and i will never use them again, last 3 weeks we have booked taxis all been late, friday evening booked taxi at 18:00 says taxi will be 15 mins - finally turned up at 19:00 - taxi driver says they had 115 cars on so should of been there at 18:15 !! Then booked sunday evening to go home, booked taxi at 20:00 to take us home at 23:15 - went outside at 23:15 and no taxi, no text to say were was nothing, rang office at 23:30 spoke to most unhelpful woman ever, said no taxi available and wud be another 25 mins ! Leaving people outside pubs in cold for nearly hour, told her
