Very pleasant surveyor, spent a great deal of time on survey. Very courteous and respectful as well as being Covid-19 safe. Retuned draft report very quickly and discussed all findings and rationale with me at the time. Highly recommend.

Called Wendy at the Ayr, she struck up a good rapport with me, she was sensitive as the house I was wanted surveyed was of my late mother who had recently passed away, she gave me a verbal survey date, then emailed a confirmation, then emailed me back when the survey was done, forwarded all the Portal infomation, kept me updated and sorted everything without a glitch, first class in a sensitive time, would certainly recommend.

Everything went as expected. When quizzed about one part of the survey they came back out and corrected. Downside.... I've only every received a draft copy of the report which has no energy report. After paying 600 I would expect a official copy of the report.
