Real Clothing was born in 1976 as Benets, a gentlemen's outfitter in the Minster town of Southwell in Nottinghamshire. In 2003 Rupert and Lucy Adams bought the business and relocated to the current premises in Market Place in Southwell. Rupert brought experience from over 20 years in the menswear trade and over the next couple of years evolved Benets into a thriving contemporary menswear business.
