The first office was opened in Ledbury in 1981, two years later Colwall was opened, with Malvern following in 1991 and Upton in 1999. Most recently saw the addition of our associated London office in Park Lane.
The firm includes members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which enforces a strict code of conduct and ethics for its members, and individual members of the National Association of Estate Agents. John Goodwin is also a member of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents. Led by the company's principal, John Goodwin, the firm employs 30 dedicated members of staff in 4 offices, covering the three counties.
