Not a bad hub to unload at, "Black" label shed seems to monitor and flow its traffic in a far more organised manner however the hub as a whole seems to deal with its incoming and out-bound freight efficiently, the supervisors and FLT staff are always helpful and relatively courteous considering the quantity of drivers they have to contend with .

This place should be shut down, probably will be after the next fatality. Absolutely zero organisation, incompetent staff cant cope with their simple jobs. Watching fork lift drivers unloading vehicles is like watching Snails mugging a Tortoise. If you are prepared to pay a few quid as a back hander you can get treated better and turned around quicker.

I would have given no stars if I could. Expensive office furniture not delivered a random squiggle given as sole proof of delivery, literally a three year old could have done that. Very stressful trying to get answers. Appalling service - would never use again or order from any company using them.

Vile company. I have messaged them frequently about their HGV drivers breaking the law. Driving on 7.5 tonne weight limit roads. They can not even give the dignity of a reply. Useless.

If I could give 0 star I would. Tell you they are going to deliver, make you wait all day long, called four times. On may last call told too late to deliver now after previously been told I was next in line.

If you sent first time offenders there as punishment they would never reoffend. As for the drivers...'forlorn hopers' who are held to randsom by woefully inadequate logistics. Chances of being turned back at the scanners....(wrong load or load missed)
