This company did a solar thermal installation for us. It became apparent that the system was not working correctly, and we have had 2 years of unanswered calls and emails while trying to get it fixed. Phone messages are not responded to, emails the same. It's likely to become a legal issue very soon. Management seems to be non-existent.

Fantastic experience with RGV Engineering. Replaced an ASHP, cylinder and pipework. Even though a few issues encountered everyone we dealt with was professional and polite. Communications with Mark and the team very good and RHI dealt with easily with Bob. Very happy and would highly recommend.

1 star not deserved. No one gets back to you & each time you call you have to say the same problem again for weeks! Often the excuse is someone is off work ill. Still waiting to hear back form somebody as w're freezing here!!!!
