Naturaw is a family run company based near York in North Yorkshire. We're not interested in any corporate nonsense, we're just a group of humans incredibly passionate about our pets. Nowhere more is this displayed than by our desire to feed them the best diet available.
In 2010 Jess completed a degree in Equine Science at Lincoln University where she elected to complete modules on animal nutrition, learning and training, and anatomy, alongside her equine studies.

We have a pretty unique set up where we craft everything ourselves from start to finish. We plan the recipes, source the best ingredients available, develop our sustainable packaging materials, create our gorgeous designs, and all importantly produce and distribute your raw dog food. The original co-founder of Naturaw, reason for starting our raw journey and the inspiration behind everything we do.

It is such a shame that although the food is great and the dogs love it, the website has a major issue. I tried to order and once I got to the end I forgot to tick a box and it didn't complete the order so tried again. I received one order number but the transaction went through twice. There isn't even a contact number available to speak to anyone. £225+ taken twice just before christmas and now need to fight to get this money back! Please be careful when ordering from this company via their website!

I ordered a tester box, paid £35. The box said that it’s a mix and variety of different meats. It came with only chicken and only two boxes of beef and chicken. The chicken is for sensitive stomachs. My dog won’t even touch it. The website said it’s a mix and it’s not. I have the freezer full of chicken that dog doesn’t even touch.

Great service from Naturaw. Really helped us out during the covid pandemic to have frozen dog food delivered on a day of our choice with work commitments. Our miniature schnauzer Colin loves the flavours and I'm happy that he's being fed a nutritious natural meal. Just placed another order (Thursday evening and managed to get a delivery for Saturday)

We've been using Naturaw for nearly 2 months now with our French Bulldog pup and he absolutely loves it. We were seeking a raw food diet for him and were also looking for a company who ethically sourced their meat and had a sustainable ethos. After a lot of research Naturaw was the only company I could find that ticked all my boxes. The customer service has been great and the food is always promptly delivered. The subscription service is super easy and a nice bonus to get a bag of treats included each time. The variety and quality of the food is top notch and we have one happy frenchie.

My dogs absolutely love this food. There are so many choices of flavour which means they can have a varied diet. Because Dalmatians are prone to Urinary Tract problems it is essential that there is no offal in my dogs diet. At Naturaw, it is all so easy to follow showing exactly what is in each box/bag. Always prompt trouble free ordering. I would not get my dog food from anywhere else. Thank you so much.
