Big thank you to everyone at the Thatch. Because of the exceptional situation we are all in at the moment I had an appointment cancelled this week. After requesting another appointment because of some pain in tooth I was fitted in this morning and had it fixed. I have been a patient at The Thatch since 1988 and have received excellent treatment on every visit. The two ladies on reception, Sammy and Tracy are a credit to the Practice, polite and very customer orientated. Also the treatment received today from Dr. Srivastava was exceptional, and has taken away the fears I have had of Dentists since

Absolute life savers. Sammy and Tracey on reception are a pleasure to talk to, even when you're sleep deprived due to an infection! I got an emergency appointment that week and the lovely dentist prescribed antibiotics which made life bearable again. Highly recommended.

Ive been coming to this dentist for a few years now and always satisfied with service and care. Todays appointment however really does require a glowing review. Dr Srivastava is without a doubt the best dentist Ive ever been too and done a thorough and informative check on both me and my daughter. Absolute diamond and thanks to all the team during these tough times.

I visited the dentist in February for the first time, since then had a check up then seen a hygienist and had an invisalign consultation. All staff were brilliant and very friendly. Even when I had a cancellation they were very quick to find me an other appointment very close to the original one. Just great experience! Thank you
