The Clearance

We are a licensed waste carrier operating across Cardiff and South Wales with licence number CBDU616889. Our team is fully insured, providing protection for both our clients and our workforce during every clearance. We have built a strong reputation, evidenced by 128 five-star Google reviews from customers throughout the region. Our service includes house clearances, office clearances and rubbish removal, offered at competitive, transparent prices. We provide free, no-obligation quotes before any work begins, ensuring customers know the cost upfront. Same-week bookings are available, allowing us to accommodate urgent probate or pre-sale clearances when needed.

We divert 95% of cleared items from landfill through recycling and donation to local charities, demonstrating our environmental responsibility. In addition to clearance services, we purchase gold, silver, platinum and scrap precious metals at honest market rates. Our staff are trained to handle sensitive situations, such as bereavements, with discretion and respect. We adhere to all legal requirements for waste transport and disposal, keeping clients protected from potential fines. Our commitment to professional standards and client satisfaction drives every aspect of our business.
