Been trying to get through to the surgery for the past week on and off, no joy!! Requested a doctors certificate for absence from work last week for my son, no response. The service from Sheepcot lately is so bad.

Same complaint as everyone else.. it is nearly impossible to get through on the phone. and if you do, the receptionists are usually unhelpful and officious. i really badly need to get my child seen today and i don't know what to do.

I have been satisfied with the surgery since I moved to the area a few years ago, however, I have been struggling lately to get appointments booked as the line is constantly engaged and I've been calling for some time now. I have two babies due for their routine vaccines and haven't managed to speak to someone to get them booked in. Now my daughter is also poorly and still can't get through to be seen. It's a pain.

expect to be on hold for 5 hours.. lucky it wasn't an emergency or I wouldn't be able to write this review. Never will I enter that building again.

Each time Im calling the reception, appears Im 6th or 7th in the queue. Call answered after 30-40 minutes
