Excellent removal service, very efficient and friendly quote & booking process when all firms are clearly very busy. Tom could not have been more helpful. A brilliant team from a sister Master Removers Group company made the whole experience very easy.

We have used Thomas Firbank before and so the firm was our first choice. We were quite right. Their surveyor was efficient and helpful, arrangements were made speedily, and the crew turned up on time. The crew were exceptionally good: we explained how the various boxes should be labelled and they followed our instructions to the letter. They were polite, careful and remarkably quick, both in loading and unloading. Firbank is an impressive firm and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
