At The Barn Animal Hospital, your pets health, and wellbeing is our number one priority. If your pet has a veterinary emergency, and it is within our opening hours please call the practice immediately on 01256 329522. We will arrange for your pet to be seen straight away if we deem necessary and will also provide you with any advice of immediate care which can be given.

We hope you never have cause to complain about the standard of service you receive from us, however, should you have a complaint it should be directed in writing to the Practice Manager, all complaints will be carefully investigated. Unfortunately, just like humans, sometimes our pets will develop cancer. Roughly a quarter to a third of all patients will suffer from cancer at some point in their lifetime. Cardiac problems in dogs and cats are often identified by The Barn during routine consultations here. However, to fully evaluate the underlying disease and to recommend the most up to date and suitable treatment we can offer the services of Andrew Francis BVSC Cert VC DipECVIM-CA (Cardiology) MRCVS European and RCVS recognized Specialist in Veterinary Cardiology, who holds cardiology clinics at our premises.
